The Study provides floor plans for marketing and real estate purposes. This service can be paired with an energy assessment to provide an energy rating which can also be used to market a property for sale.

MARKETING PLANS

We can create marketing plans from existing drawings, however - the majority of time, the creation of these plans involves a measure of the existing premises. These site visits can occur at a time that suits you, and should be completed with one to two hours, depending on the house size.

PHOTOGRAPHY

The Study partners with talented photographers in the local area to provide  architectural photography for marketing, print, or just for your collection. This service can be added on to the floor plan service, and the photos can be taken at the same time as the site measurement.
